Our artwork is delivered at no extra cost within the UK
Shipping within the UK and EU takes from 3 to 5 working days
We are happy to send our artworks worldwide, please get in touch with us for shipping costs. The shipping cost will be calculated depending on destination and the painting sizing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Dear customers,
It's hardly likely for our paintings to arrive damaged or faulty, but if it happens, please let us know within twenty four hours of delivery by sending an email to contact@luorlova.com
Please provide us with a copy of the receipt and photographs of the damage or fault with a short explanation of what you found damaged or faulty, if it is not obvious from the provided photos.
If the package was delivered damaged, please send us a photo evidence of the damaged packaging before removing it.
If you got a wrong item, please let us know at contact@luorlova.com within 48 hours of delivery.
In case you have notified us within the stated time periods we will provide you the option of either a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchange claimed outside of the above stated time gap will be at our sole discretion.
We cover the cost of return of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied paintings.
Where faulty goods are returned to us for exchange, we reserve the right to credit or refund the price instead of replacing the product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
